Mold Remediation Project
A tiny hole in the corner of a tiled shower niche led to a massive issue. Each time the shower was used, a small amount of water seeped into the wall of the adjoining powder room, which housed a drawer system with a granite top and a large mirror above it. Because the wall was covered, there were no visible signs of a problem.
During a routine house cleaning, a slight odor was noticed in the powder room. When the cleaning lady removed a drawer, she discovered a blackened wall, and a horrific odor escaped. Ultimately, the entire tiled shower and a portion of the adjoining master closet wall had to be removed.
Mold Remediation Project
In a first-floor condo, a tiny leak from a second-floor toilet—likely over at least three months—caused significant damage. The unit was a seasonal rental with a home watch person who detected a small water stain on the ceiling and notified the owner, but they did not act quickly.
Mold Remediation Project
This project resulted from a small roof leak that ran down an exterior block wall into a small linen closet. The owner first noticed discoloration on the drywall and wrinkle-like areas on the ceiling.

Mold Sanitization Projects - Caused by High Sustained Relative Humidity
Early detection is the key to sanitization; otherwise, most contents may need to be disposed of.
The first step in this process is HEPA vacuuming, followed by the application of a mold enzyme cleaner. Next, a green plant-based antimicrobial is applied using a fogging process.
This condominium was owned by snowbirds, but the humidistat failed, and they had no home-watch person. The chair was covered in a material that could be sanitized, and the furniture was also sanitized.
The headboard picture shows the left side contaminated and the right side after the sanitization process. The second picture is afer the final process. It was leather or similar product.
